At this time we do not take returns or offer refunds - however we do offer exchanges.

Need to exchange an item? Contact us at moonstudioearrings@gmail.com to initiate your exchange of unworn, undamaged jewelry within 30 days of your purchase.Our exchange system will offer a store credit, or an exchange for anything else from our website.

Please make sure to keep your original packaging and order slip to include in your returning package so that we can process your exchange.
